Despite the NFL not having to cancel any regular-season game this season, there is one game that we’ll be without due to the COVID-19 pandemic: the Pro Bowl.

Instead, the NFL is putting on a plethora of different remote events that include the Pro Bowl players, one of which is NFL Pro Bowl Verzuz.

The four-day tournament will feature nine players, along with Michael Vick, in head-to-head battles of who has the best career highlight film.

Wednesday night’s edition saw Arizona Cardinals safety Budda Baker go up against NFC West division rival Seattle Seahawks safety Jamal Adams.

Primetime Deion Sanders — a Hall of Fame DB himself — hosted the all defensive back matchup and started things off by highlighting how “fly” Baker and Adams were.

“See I knew they were going to be fly because first off, they’re DBs!” Sanders said. “These boys so fly, I have to match it! See what I’m saying — that’s what you get when you have DBs on!”

Sanders’ full Primetime effect was on display as he matched Baker’s shades. Adams got in on the fun with his signature cigar as well.

Once things settled down and they got to the tape, perhaps the most bittersweet play of the Cardinals’ season was analyzed: Baker’s almost pick-six against Adams’ Seahawks.

“Stop right there! Hey, that’s all they have to see!” Baker said watching the beginning of his interception.

But as the play goes on, you can hear Adams cheering on as Seahawks wideout D.K. Metcalf begins to catch up before tackling the Cardinals safety from behind.

“Go get him D.K.! Go get his (expletive)! Get him!” Adams cheered.

Primetime joked with Baker about how he knew it was over once he looked back at Metcalf for a second time.

“Hey, when I saw my dog look back that second time — when he looked back that second time it was a wrap!” Sanders said.

Sanders closed the highlight by emphasizing how great of a play it was by Baker. But only as Primetime could, the Hall of Famer gave Baker a tip about how to be faster when running with the ball.

“See if you had had that thing in one hand, though, that would’ve given you two more strides,” Sanders said. “Don’t tuck that thing anymore. … Keep that thing right there so they can see it.”
