Arizona State men’s basketball’s next two games on the road against Colorado on Thursday and Utah on Sunday have been postponed, the school announced on Tuesday.
The postponements come due to COVID-19 developments within the Sun Devils’ program.
The pair of games for Arizona State will become the seventh and eighth either canceled or postponed. The Sun Devils were supposed to originally play on Tuesday against Utah, making up a postponed game from Dec. 22, but that was postponed for the second time on Friday.
The school said in a statement that the Pac-12 will work with all the programs in order to reschedule all the games. ASU now has six games from Pac-12 play to make up.
The timing is poor for the Sun Devils, who have won two games in a row in conference play for the first time this season. They beat Stanford on Saturday 79-75.
The next scheduled game for ASU is on Feb. 11 against Oregon.
