This year, the Suns will address a need that should’ve been addressed last year – point guard.

Sadly, instead of Goran Dragic spelling Steve Nash last season, the “D” in Dragic stood for “D-League.”

So, the Suns will (again) try to fill the vital back-up PG spot (Marcus Banks, anyone?) by drafting a prospect that nearly spent last year in AZ – Brandon Jennings (one-time UA recruit).

Like Amare Stoudemire in 2002, the Suns will bet on another 19 year old possessing outlandish athleticism and honkin’ huge upside.

For the Suns sake, let’s hope Jennings has more YouTube-worthy highlights in that 6 foot 1 inch body.
