Arizona Diamondbacks’ minor league affiliate to host Neil Everett Bobblehead Day

During the course of a baseball season, there are many promotions every team schedules to draw fans to games.
Usually these promotions involve theme nights or prize giveaways like baseball cards of Hall of Fame players.
The Hillsboro Hops, the Single-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, are doing something a little different. They are giving out bobbleheads of Oregon native and current sportscaster Neil Everett on Aug. 21.
Everett has no ties to the Hops other than they are from the same state.
But, one’s got to admit, those shorts are pretty sweet.
