Fans wanting to get a look at some Diamondbacks of
yesteryear will have a chance to do just that on September
15, as the D-backs will host their inaugural “Alumni Game”
that evening.

According to the team, the night will include an on-field
pregame ceremony to introduce former D-backs who are in
attendance as well as an alumni game, which will take place
at the conclusion of the 5:10 tilt with the Giants.

Scheduled to attend are Luis Gonzalez, Steve Finley, Matt
Williams, Reggie Sanders, Tony Womack, Devon White, David
Dellucci, Mike Fetters, Greg Swindell and Junior Spivey, as
well as others.

As part of the night the 2012 Diamondbacks will wear their
1998-2002 Alternate Purple Jersey, which was chosen by the
fans via an online vote.
