New Cardinal Snyder knows offensive line can improve

Adam Snyder was not a member of the Arizona Cardinals last
season, so whatever issues they may have had along the
offensive line had nothing to do with him.
However, the team’s new right guard is supposed to be part
of the solution, and that’s exactly what he’s planning on
doing.
“I just think we’re ten-fold away from where they were at
last year, and just talking to the guys, they have a
better understanding of this offense now,” Snyder told
Arizona Sports 620’s Burns and Gambo Thursday. “I think
it’s just going to be how many reps we can get in this
training camp of doing the things we’re going to do this
season.”
Snyder said the line’s ability to gel will be key to any
success, adding that the process started during the
offseason and will continue throughout camp.
The end result? Hopefully a line that can not only pave
the way for a successful running game, but protect the QBs
better than in the past. Cardinals QBs were taken down 54
times last season, second-most in the NFL.
