A free vaccine clinic will be open at Chase Field from Thursday through Saturday, the Arizona Diamondbacks and Fry’s Food Stores announced on Sunday.
Initially offered to season ticket holders, enough spots remain open that the calendar has been opened to the general public ages 18 and older.
The clinic will be held from noon to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Visit the Fry’s Food Stores website and enter the zip code 85004 to schedule an appointment at Chase Field.
“We are so grateful to our partners for helping vaccinate so many Arizonans, including thousands of D-backs fans,” D-backs President and CEO Derrick Hall said in a statement.
“We want to play a role in ensuring that anyone who wants a vaccination is able to get one so that we can continue to get back to our normal lives as soon as possible.”
The Moderna vaccine will be offered. An appointment for a second dose will be scheduled when booking your first shot.
On Saturday morning, the Arizona Department of Health Services reported that 5,055,110 vaccine doses had been administered in the state, with 2,939,904 people (40.9% of the state’s population) having received at least one shot and 2,296,992 people fully vaccinated.
