It’s beginning to look a lot like (a Cardinals) Christmas.

Arizona is reportedly slated to host the Indianapolis Colts at State Farm Stadium on Christmas Day, per Pro Football Focus.

Bleacher Report’s Master Tesfatsion is also reporting the Saturday matchup.

This will mark the third game on Christmas for the Cardinals franchise, which currently sports a 1-1 record on the holiday, all at home. This is the Colts’ first game on Christmas.

The Colts provide a solid test late in the season for the Cardinals, coming off an 11-5 year in 2020.

Not all is the same in Indianapolis, however, with Carson Wentz coming over in a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles. He’ll man quarterback duties with 2020 starter Philip Rivers retired. Defensively, the Colts are led by linebacker Darius Leonard and tackle DeForest Buckner.

The reports of the Christmas Day game comes after it was revealed the Cardinals would travel to Tennessee to square off against the Titans in Arizona’s season opener.

PFF also reports the second holiday game will feature the Green Bay Packers and Cleveland Browns.

The Cardinals’ full schedule will be released Wednesday at 5 p.m. with coverage on 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station and ArizonaSports.com.

Tune to ESPN 620 AM at 6 p.m. for the Big Red Rage, following the full schedule release. Safety Budda Baker will join the show.
