Former Georgia guard Justin Kier is transferring to Arizona, he announced Wednesday on Twitter.
In 25 games last season Kier averaged 9.5 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.7 steals over 31 minutes per game.

Kier marks the latest transfer to take his talents to Tucson, joining Gonzaga transfer Oumar Ballo.
Tommy Lloyd is in his first offseason as head coach of the Wildcats after Arizona parted ways with Sean Miller.
Lloyd spent the last 20 years at Gonzaga as an assistant coach to Mark Few.
The roster has seen a handful of departures since Lloyd’s arrival, however.
Leading scorer James Akinjo transferred to Baylor, while guard Jermarl Baker left the program for Fresno State.
Daniel Batcho and Jordan also threw their names in the transfer portal, with Ira Lee (George Washington), Terrell Brown Jr. (Washington) and Tibet Gorener (San Jose State) have found new homes.
Despite originally putting his name in the transfer portal, freshman guard Kerr Kriisa is returning back to Arizona. Kriisa flashed his 3-point accuracy last season, joining the team late in the year. In eight games (five starts), he averaged 5.5 points and 2.4 assists. He shot 36.8% from deep and 33.3% overall.
