Trivia Tuesday: NBA players with most points in Game 7s

“The two greatest words in sports, Game Seven” — Bill Russell.

It may or may not be true, but there are few things that can match the intensity of a Game 7 in the NBA Playoffs.

So, what players through the years have stepped up in the ultimate deciding game?

The list is long and impressive — and the subject of this week’s Trivia Tuesday challenge on ArizonaSports.com.

Thirty-nine different times an NBA player has scored 37 or more points in a Game 7 of a playoff series (any round). That’s your task — name them.

We’ve given you the number of points each player had, the team he did it for and the postseason. All you have to do is name the player. Last names only work fine.

This is a little bit longer of a quiz, so we’re giving you 10 minutes on the clock. Think of it as a mental health break.

Good luck!
