MLB, New Era release All-Star Game hats

For the second straight season, the MLB All-Star game will use a unique hat for the game. Last season, in Minnesota, the players wore a hat stylized to look like the old Minnesota Twins batting helmet in the 1970s.
This season’s striped hat look is reportedly intended to match the hats worn by Cincinnati during the 1880s and 1890s.
The throwback look comes less than a week after the new Fourth of July-themed hats were unveiled by Major League Baseball and New Era caps:
