Harrison would have been the second Kentucky player drafted by the Suns Thursday night, after Phoenix selected swingman Devin Booker with the 13th pick in the first round.
In Leuer, the Suns receive a stretch four cut from a similar mold of that of Suns forward Markieff Morris. Ironically, Leuer scored a career-high 23 points against Phoenix on December 3, 2013.
