Upton homer lifts Padres to 7-2 defeat of the Diamondbacks: By the Numbers

The Arizona Diamondbacks have now lost three in a row after a 7-2 loss to the San Diego Padres.
Justin Upton’s homerun in the bottom of the fifth inning gave the Padres a 4-2 lead and they never looked back.
D-backs starting pitcher Jeremy Hellickson gave up ten hits and seven runs in his five and a third innings of work. The Upton homer really blew the doors open, as the Padres went on to score three more runs in the sixth inning.
Padres starting pitcher Andrew Cashner gave up only two runs in seven innings.
The D-backs did recover from Friday night, totaling eight hits on Saturday night after amounting to only two hits on Friday night.
