The annual WNBA All-Star Game takes place Saturday July 25 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn., and the Phoenix Mercury will be very well represented.
Reigning Defensive Player of the Year Brittney Griner and forward Candice Dupree will both be in the starting five for the Western Conference squad.
Griner is averaging 18.4 points and 7.9 rebounds per game this season, helping the Mercury to a 9-5 record and a current six-game winning streak.

The Phoenix duo will be joined in the Western Conference starting lineup by forward Maya Moore and guard Seimone Augustus of the Minnesota Lynx and Tulsa Shock guard Skylar Diggins, who is out for the season with a knee injury.
