Suns’ Dario Saric exits Game 1 of NBA Finals with knee injury, won’t return

Suns forward Dario Saric injured his right knee toward the end of the first quarter in Game 1 of the NBA Finals vs. the Milwaukee Bucks.
The Suns confirmed that Saric would not return to the game.
Saric got ahold of the loose ball when he kicked it out to forward Jae Crowder on the perimeter.
After completing the pass to Crowder, Saric immediately grabbed his right knee in pain.

The Suns forward was limping after the play and exited the game on the next possession.
Frank Kaminsky checked into the game for Saric.
Phoenix’s training staff helped Saric to the locker room for further evaluation.

Phoenix held on to beat Milwaukee 118-105 to take a 1-0 lead in the NBA Finals.
Game 2 is set for Thursday night at Phoenix Suns Arena, with tip-off scheduled for 6 p.m.
