The Arizona Coyotes traded away forwards Brayden Burke and Tyler Steenbergen to the Los Angeles Kings, the team announced on Saturday.

In exchange, the Coyotes will receive forward Bokondji Imama and defenseman Cole Hults.

Imama was drafted in 2015 by the Tampa Bay Lighting with the No.180 pick in the sixth-round. He was later traded to Los Angeles in May of 2017.

The 6-foot-1 forward has spent the last four seasons with the Ontario Reign (AHL), an affiliate for the Kings.

Imama scored nine goals, had five assists and 14 points in 31 games for the Reign in 2020-21.

Hults, the Coyotes new defenseman, was apart of the 2017 NHL Draft class and was selected in the fifth-round by Los Angeles.

The 23-year-old Hults was teammates with Imama in this past year with the Reigin in Ontario, California.

The 6-foot defenseman registered one goal, collected four assists and finished with five points in 19 games with Ontario this season.

Burke, the new Kings forward, spent three seasons with the Tucson Roadrunners (AHL) and scored 35 goals, 64 assists and recorded 99 points in 146 career games for Tucson.

Forward Steenbergen also spent the last three seasons with the Roadrunners and finished with 27 goals, 34 assists and 61 points in 156 career games.
