How good is your memory when it comes to remembering what uniform each 3,000-Hit Club member was wearing when he registered his milestone hit?
Let’s hope it’s pretty sharp because that’s the subject of this week’s Trivia Tuesday challenge. Just match the player to the team he played for when he got hit number 3,000.
Easy, right? Well, just so you know, the Braves, Indians, Pirates, Angels, Yankees, Padres, Cardinals, Orioles and Twins have all had two players accomplish the feat while wearing their uniform.
