Arizona State’s third game of the season is its biggest yet, as the No. 19 ranked squad will take on a fellow top 25 team in No. 23 BYU.
With the large occasion that earned the primetime ESPN broadcast at 7:15 p.m., ASU will be showing out with its black uniforms.

The black uniforms include gold numbers with maroon outlining. As for the helmet, it’s a gold one, but with a unique black stripe down the middle at the top. The blackout theme continues even with the Sun Devils logo. The pitchfork on the helmet is black, as opposed to the traditional maroon, with gold outlines of the logos on the uniform.
The showdown on Saturday will be Arizona State’s first road game of the season, and with crowd attendance last season affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, it’ll be the first time in a while Herm Edwards’ team has been in a hostile environment.
