The Arizona State Sun Devils are using a balanced attack offensively to jump out to a 14-3 lead against the Colorado Buffaloes at halftime.
ASU has marched down the field using both the air attack with Jayden Daniels’ arm as well as the running game with Rachaad White.
Daniels finished the first half going 10-of-15 for 138 yards through the air while adding a seven-yard touchdown on the ground to open the scoring.
On both of the Sun Devils’ scoring drives, the offense moved the ball down the field through the air before punching in the score on the ground.
White scored ASU’s second touchdown of the game, going 11 yards on the ground.
In the passing game, Daniels was spreading the ball all around the field. Six different Sun Devils had a reception in the first half. LV Bunkley-Shelton was the leading receiver for ASU in the first half with two grabs for 48 yards.
Daniels is currently the Sun Devils’ leading rusher with 26 yards in the first half. ASU is currently outgaining Colorado 190-101.
