Ladd also notched an assist to go along with his goal.
After unloading a majority of its well-known players for draft capital this offseason, the Coyotes rebounded with a solid preseason heading into the Oct. 14 regular-season opener against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
The Yotes wrapped up the preseason with wins over the Los Angeles Kings twice, Anaheim Ducks twice and now the Golden Knights.
Arizona will look to bounce back from the 24-26-6 record during the 2021 campaign that resulted in the team missing the playoffs.
The Coyotes enter the season with a new head coach and just like many of the Coyotes’ players, Andre Tourigny will also be making his regular-season debut with Arizona after being hired in July.
Puck drop against the Blue Jackets will be at 4:00 p.m. on ESPN 620 AM or 98.7 FM HD-2.
