A quarter after the Arizona Cardinals lost starting tight end Maxx Williams to an apparent leg injury, starting center Rodney Hudson left to the locker room with a ribs injury.
Hudson and special teamer Zeke Turner (shoulder) are questionable to return, the team said. Turner left the game after being flagged for pulling the helmet off San Francisco punt return man Brandon Aiyuk.
Max Garcia, who has played 117 snaps (43% of available snaps) this year, mostly at guard, took over for Hudson at center.
Hudson, 31, is a three-time Pro Bowler and was one of the highlighted offseason additions for Cardinals general manager Steve Keim.
The Cardinals traded their 2021 third-round pick to the Las Vegas Raiders and received a seventh-round selection in a deal to acquire Hudson.
Arizona made the move after shuffling between Mason Cole and Lamont Gaillard at center last year.
Cole was dealt to the Minnesota Vikings after the Hudson acquisition, while Gaillard was later released.
