Country music superstar Blake Shelton sure is confident in the 7-0 start of the Arizona Cardinals.
He let the world know as a guest on Good Morning Football on Wednesday morning.

“There is nothing weird about saying the undefeated Cardinals,” Shelton said. “I’ve been waiting for a year like this to be a guest on the show and have my Arizona Cardinals moment.”
Riding the Cardinals’ high, Shelton said he hadn’t even begun to think about the big game Thursday night against the Green Bay Packers until the media starting to hype it up. That’s when Shelton said he started to “freak out”.
When talking about the big matchup being played in Arizona on Thursday night, Shelton jokingly downplayed the importance of the game, as well as the Cardinals’ opponent.
“It’s just another game,” Shelton said. “I wouldn’t even tune in, America.”
"I don't want it to be a close game. I want it to be one of those games where you guys are starting to promote whatever is next Thursday halfway through."

Basking in Cardinals fandom, Shelton later showed the GMFB crew a special gift he received from wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins himself – a signed game-worn jersey after the Cardinals’ Week 5 over the Cleveland Browns, where Shelton was in attendance.
Shelton also showed off what he calls his “good luck” Kyler Murray rookie card to the crew.
Come Thursday, he said he will be wearing his Hopkins jersey and cheering on the Cardinals from his own “Cardinals bar” that he built in his backyard.
