Trivia Tuesday: NFL players with 100 yds rushing, receiving in same game
Nov 9, 2021, 6:00 AM
In Sunday’s win over the San Francisco 49ers, Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner had a day.
In addition to scoring three touchdowns, Conner had 96 yards rushing and another 77 receiving. He didn’t quite make it, but Conner was only a couple plays (potentially) from reaching the century mark in rushing and receiving yards in one game.
That got us to thinking here in the Trivia Tuesday department about how many times that’s actually happened in the NFL: one player eclipsing the 100-yard mark in both rushing and receiving yardage in one game.
Well, it’s happened 23 times since 1980, and yes, it’s your task to name the players responsible for these games this week.
We’ve provided you with the year, the team and the number of yards in each category in said game — all you have to do is name the player (last names only, as always, will work).
You’ve got eight minutes to finish this quiz. Happy Trivia Tuesday and good luck!
