Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray (ankle) and wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) are out Sunday against the Carolina Panthers, according to FOX’s Jay Glazer.
Similar to last week, the quarterback and receiver tandem were game-time decisions before ultimately being ruled out, according to reports.
Rookie wideout Rondale Moore was also questionable with a neck injury but will play, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
The Cardinals will also be without running back Chase Edmonds as he was placed on injured reserve on Saturday. In corresponding moves, the team activated running back Tavien Feaster, long snapper Beau Brinkley and wide receiver Greg Dortch to the active roster from the practice squad.
The Arizona offense did not miss a beat in Week 9 with backup quarterback Colt McCoy, completing 22-of-26 passes for 249 yards and a touchdown, defeating the division rival San Francisco 49ers.
Although the Panthers brought back Cam Newton this week, they will also be without starting quarterback Sam Darnold due to a right shoulder injury with backup P.J. Walker expected to start in his place.
Walker has completed three passes in 15 attempts for 33 yards in 2021.
