Arizona State running back Rachaad White is streaking with the Pac-12 weekly player of the week honors like he was past Washington Husky defenders on Saturday.
He was named Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week on Monday for the second time in a row, and a teammate came with him — center Dohnovan West earned the conference’s offensive lineman of the week nod.
White tallied 237 total yards, 63% of the team’s offensive production Saturday during a 35-30 win against UW.
The Sun Devils rushed for 286 yards during the rainy 35-30 win against the Huskies in Seattle.
One hundred eighty-four of those yards came on 32 rushes by White. He scored two rushing touchdowns as well, moving him to 14 total this year, and added five catches for 53 yards.
White’s win marks the third Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week win for ASU this year. A week ago in a 31-16 win against USC, White took 28 carries for 202 yards and three touchdowns, adding two catches for 35 yards.
Quarterback Jayden Daniels took home the award on Oct. 4.
West, meanwhile, last won the Pac-12 Offensive Lineman of the Week honor in December 2020. He follows LaDarius Henderson’s win that, like Daniels, came Oct. 4 after a win against the UCLA Bruins.
