PHOENIX (AP) — Holland Woods had 25 points as Grand Canyon romped past Prairie View 91-64 on Wednesday night.

Woods shot 5-for-7 from behind the arc.

Gabe McGlothan had 17 points and seven rebounds for Grand Canyon (3-0). Jovan Blacksher Jr. added 12 points. Chance McMillian had 11 points.

D’Rell Roberts had 18 points for the Panthers (0-6). William Douglas added 10 points. DeWayne Cox had 10 points and six rebounds.

GCU hit 17 of 27 shots from beyond the arc Wednesday night with five players draining multiple threes.

Prairie View kept the game competitive in the first half, though. GCU led just 40-35 at the break.

But the Antelopes outscored the Panthers 18-3 to start the second half and they never relinquished a double-digit advantage.

Grand Canyon’s largest lead was 34 points.

The Antelopes’ 91 points scored was a season-high. Woods had his most productive game at Grand Canyon after transferring from Arizona State during the offseason.
