ASU football to debut new uniform combination at Oregon State
Nov 19, 2021, 10:02 AM
The Arizona State Sun Devils will be debuting a new uniform combination on Saturday night against the Oregon State Beavers.
ASU will be donning a combination of a maroon helmet, white jersey and black pants for the Week 12 matchup in Corvallis.
The Sun Devils’ helmet will feature a black facemask, as well as a giant pitchfork on the right side and the player’s number on the left side.
Both the pitchfork and numbers will be mostly black with a mixture of copper and outlined in white.
As always, the traditional “PT-42” honoring the late Pat Tillman will be front and center.
The white jerseys will have maroon numbers outlined in ASU gold, which will also be featured on the side of each shoulder.
And instead of normal or traditional all-black pants, the Sun Devils will be rocking more of charcoal color that is slightly lighter with a hint of grey.
Arizona State (7-3; 5-3 Pac-12) will try to inch closer to a higher-caliber bowl and keep its Pac-12 South title hopes alive on Saturday night at Oregon State.
Kickoff is set for 8:30 p.m. Arizona time. Catch all the action on 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station.
