Arizona State’s own performance plus games from around the Pac-12 has ASU’s bowl picture starting to narrow between two possible destinations.

ASU split a two-game road trip, defeating Washington thanks to a fourth quarter comeback and losing to Oregon State. The Beavers, like ASU, are 7-4 this season with a 5-3 Pac-12 record.

ASU’s main Pac-12 South rival, Utah, clinched the division title on Saturday with an upset win over Oregon.

The Ducks will face the Beavers this weekend with in-state bragging rights and the Pac-12 North division title at stake.

After ASU’s loss and Utah’s big win and division title clinch, many bowl projections have the Sun Devils playing in either the Holiday Bowl or the Las Vegas Bowl.

The Las Vegas Bowl is No. 3 in the Pac-12’s selection order. A Big Ten team will play in this bowl game. The Las Vegas Bowl is fourth on the Big Ten’s selection list.

The Holiday Bowl is No. 4 in the Pac-12’s selection order. The opponent will be a team from the Atlantic Coast Conference.

UCLA is the only other team in the Pac-12 at 7-4. ASU holds a head-to-head advantage with the Bruins for second place in the Pac-12 South from its 42-23 win in Pasadena back on Oct. 2.

Washington State joins ASU, UCLA and OSU at 5-3 in conference play. The Cougars, however, are 6-5 overall.

Here is where some of the most prominent bowl projections are placing the Sun Devils.
