Windy City lives up to its name during Cardinals-Bears in Week 13
The conditions at Soldier Field were a topic of discussion throughout the week as the Arizona Cardinals prepped for the Chicago Bears in Week 13.
In Sunday’s 33-22 win over the Bears, they got exactly what many had been gearing up for, with cold temperatures, 10-plus mph winds and rain to boot.
Arizona, outside of a pair of fumbles early on, was pretty much unfazed by the cold, rattling off three touchdowns with relative ease through its first three possessions of the outing.
For Chicago and one unlucky Bears fan, the elements seemed to be getting the best of them early on.

The fan was a perfect representation of the Bears’ start to the afternoon, who quickly saw themselves down two scores by the second quarter.
Those around social media didn’t waste the opportunity to give their two cents, with some Bears fans even thanking the unnamed poncho wearer for some sort of entertainment in a lopsided affair:

This man’s struggle to put on his poncho is a terrific representation of what it’s like to be a Bears fan https://t.co/hXMAOKHnp2

I didn’t think I’d smile watching this Bears game, but watching this dude try to put on a poncho he just bought for probably $23 in gale force winds had me in tears. https://t.co/1VUk7Oz8ry

The legends say that the Bears fan is STILL trying to get their rain poncho off.

That man struggling to put on his #Bears poncho is the perfect Metaphor for nagys offense.
