Suns F Mikal Bridges dished literal rock to help marriage proposal

Mikal Bridges isn’t known for distributing the rock, but one of the Phoenix Suns forward’s coldest assists came around a Dec. 2 home game against the Detroit Pistons.

Appearing to take a moment for a photo opportunity with a couple, Bridges handed a ring box to facilitate a proposal.

And with that bit of help, Addie, a local teacher, said “yes.”

She posted snapshots to her Instagram account after Bridges dished out the assist, but the moment went relatively under the radar until the popular Instagram account @HouseOfHighlights caught wind of Bridges’ role and posted a video of it on Wednesday.
