The Arizona State Sun Devils and Arizona Wildcats men’s basketball teams will play Saturday at 2 p.m. MST.
The teams had the game set for that calendar date but had held off locking in a time.
ASU will host the first of two meetings between the clubs at Desert Financial Arena, and the matchup will air on FS1. For radio, the broadcast will be on 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station.
Arizona State (5-8) has a busy week on the court after not playing between a Dec. 19 home loss to San Francisco and a Sunday defeat at California. After that 74-50 loss to the Golden Bears, the Sun Devils travel to face No. 5 UCLA on Wednesday for an 8:30 p.m. tipoff — that game was postponed from this past Saturday due to the Bruins’ COVID-19 complications.
Like ASU’s rivals, the Wildcats also had postponed games at UCLA and USC last week. With the time off, Arizona rescheduled a postponed game against Washington for Monday night and then will travel up the road to face the Sun Devils.
Arizona (11-1) last played Dec. 22, a road loss to then-No. 19 Tennessee.
