The Jedd Fisch era of football at the University of Arizona continues to gain momentum heading into next season following a strong 2022 recruiting class, and it’s already putting work for the year after.
2023 four-star quarterback Brayden Dorman announced on Tuesday that he is committing to the Wildcats.

The Colorado signal-caller picked Arizona over schools like Cal, Colorado, Iowa State, Mississippi State and Oregon State.
247 Sports ranks Dorman as the No. 13 quarterback in his class, checking in at No. 224 overall.
It will be strong competition for Dorman to face when he comes to Tucson the season after next.
The Wildcats landed one of the biggest transfers in the Pac-12 this offseason, former Washington State quarterback Jayden de Laura. De Laura was the Pac-12 Offensive Freshman of the Year in 2021 after amounting to 2,798 passing yards and 23 touchdowns with a completion percentage of 63.2. The second-year freshman has three years of eligibility left thanks to the pandemic-impacted 2020 season granting players an extra year after de Laura started as a true freshman.
On top of that, Fisch’s top 25 recruiting class for 2022 includes three-star quarterback Noah Fifitina.
That highly rated class has some offensive weapons for Arizona’s quarterback as well, such as four-star wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan, four-star running back Rayshon Luke and four-star tight end Keyan Burnett.
