The second round of THE PLAYERS Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass in Florida saw wild weather that has made for some very frustrated golfers.

Hole No. 17 is a famous Par 3 that has an island green. Unfortunately for golfers, a strong wind was coming straight back into their faces on Saturday.

Kevin Kisner was asked how the average golfer would have faired on No. 17 this week.

“You could be there all day,” Kisner said. “I hit two pitching wedges 185 today and hit a 5-wood 193.”

Here are a few clips of the 29 balls from the 60 players in the field that landed in the water at No. 17 on Saturday.

Fans saw Jhonattan Vegas enter No. 17 at 4-under par and tied for seventh place.

He exited the hole recording a quadruple bogey and was then tied for 49th in the blink of an eye.

The frustration with the weather was clearly growing from the players.

On Sunday, Matthew Wolff attempted a shot on No. 18 that landed in the water after he parred No. 17.

Wolff showcased one of the most casual golf twirls that resulted in him gracefully launching his club into the nearby lake.

This was Wolff’s last hole of the weekend as his frustration from the +9 on the round hit a boiling point.
