The 2022 NFL Draft may be taking place in Las Vegas, but there are still festivities to be had in the Valley.

The Arizona Cardinals’ draft party is slated for April 28 (Thursday) on the Great Lawn outside of State Farm Stadium.

The Great Lawn is scheduled to open an hour before the 5 p.m. draft kicks off.

Fans can meet Cardinals players, Big Red and Arizona cheerleaders as well as catch all the NFL Draft action on giant video boards. Cardinals merchandise, including 2022 NFL Draft gear, will also be available for purchase.

Other activities include a kids interactive zone that features NFL Combine activities and inflatables, a 200-foot zipline, a rock wall, a 360-degree photo booth and a junior cheer mini-clinic.

Local food trucks will also be on hand.

After the completion of the first round, there will be a fireworks show.

All sales at the draft party are cashless and the NFL’s clear bag policy will be in effect.

Free parking is available at the southwest orange lot off 95th Avenue and Cardinals Way.

The Cardinals currently hold the No. 23 pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.
