The Arizona Coyotes signed forward Milos Keleman to a two-year entry-level contract, the team announced on Friday.

Per club policy, the terms of the contract were not disclosed.

Keleman, 22, is a native of Slovakia but played in the Czech Republic last season with BK Mlada Boleslav.

In 44 games, he scored five goals and added 13 assists on his way to being named the Czech Extraliga Rookie of the Year for the 2021-22 season.

“We are very pleased to have Milos join our organization,” said Coyotes general manager Bill Armstrong in a statement. “He is a big, strong winger with a good scoring touch. We look forward to watching his development next season.”

Keleman was a playoff performer for BK Mlada Boleslav, scoring nine goals in 14 postseason games.

Prior to playing in Czech, Keleman tallied 19 goals and 19 assists in 45 games for HKM Zvolen (Slovakia) in 2020-21.

Keleman scored six goals in 11 postseason appearances, helping HKM Zvolen win the Slovakian Extraliga Championship.

The 6-foot-2, 212-pound winger was also a part of Team Slovakia in the 2022 Olympics. Keleman tallied one assist in seven games as Slovakia took home the bronze medal.

It’s set to be a busy offseason for the Coyotes, starting with the 2022 NHL Draft Lottery on Tuesday.

Arizona currently has the second-highest odds to claim the No. 1 overall pick.  The Coyotes will make three selections in the first round.

The Coyotes draft capital continues to the following round, having four second-round picks.
