Phoenix Suns forward Torrey Craig will miss Game 4 of the Western Conference semifinals Sunday against the Dallas Mavericks with an right elbow contusion, head coach Monty Williams told reporters pregame.

Craig also missed Game 3 in Dallas after he went down hard while attempting to block Mavericks big Marquese Chriss in Game 2.

In six playoff games this season, Craig is averaging one point, 1.2 rebounds and 0.7 assists over 7.5 minutes per game.

He did not play in the final two contests of the first round against the New Orleans Pelicans after averaging 9.7 minutes in Games 1-4.

Craig had a greater role in last year’s playoffs at 12.1 minutes per game in which he averaged 4.0 points, 2.9 boards and 0.4 blocks.

Losing him takes away a versatile defender from Williams’ options.

Phoenix is looking to take a commanding 3-1 series lead with a win on Sunday. Dallas won last game 103-94, as the home team is 3-0 in the series thus far.

The Suns tip off against the Mavericks at American Airlines Center on Sunday at 12:30 p.m. Tune to 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station for all the action.
