Phoenix Suns fans left stunned after no-show in Game 7 loss to Mavs

Welp. Nobody saw that coming.

The Phoenix Suns failed to even show up in their 123-90 loss in Game 7 of the Western Conference semifinals against the Dallas Mavericks at Footprint Center on Sunday.

A win would have sent the Valley’s oldest professional sports franchise to its second consecutive Western Conference Finals appearance, but the Suns may have played one of the worst games in franchise history.

Trailing 57-27 at halftime, Dallas’ Luka Doncic had 27 points himself.

Phoenix All-Star guards Chris Paul and Devin Booker didn’t hit their first field goals until the third quarter.

With Suns fans heartbroken after a franchise-best 64-18 record in the regular season en route to the No. 1 seed and homecourt advantage in the playoffs, the crowd was heard booing the team while many more left the game well before the final buzzer.

Social media also sounded off on the Suns’ abysmal performance on Sunday:
