Phoenix Suns wing Mikal Bridges quickly made himself a fan favorite of those in the Valley, thanks to his nonstop motor and tenacious defense.
Last season was Bridges best a pro, averaging 14.2 points per game and making the NBA’s All-Defensive first team.
As he has grown into one of the better players on Phoenix’s roster, Bridges has risen in popularity in the area.
On Tuesday, the “Mikal Bridges Basketball Camp” kicked off for four days in downtown Phoenix.
However, it didn’t appear like Bridges was taking things easy on his campers, with a video going viral of him dunking on a kid.

In his signature yellow Nikes, Bridges showed off his handle and then blew by the camper with a self-pass.
Finishing it off with an emphatic slam, Bridges then celebrated with a stare down and the “on your head” celebration, right in front of the young camper.
“Not at my camp!!” Bridges tweeted in response to the viral video.
Bridges’ first camp was a great success, selling out for all four days with kids ages 6-16.
The camp included a handful of skill lessons and games, including a few one-on-one sessions with the NBA forward himself.
We saw just how well that went for one camper.
