Kyler Murray receives 84 overall rating in Madden NFL 23

Another day, another positional rankings released by Madden NFL 23 with quarterbacks and offensive linemen the subject of Friday’s rankings.

One day after receiving his massive contract extension, Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray woke up to a 84 overall rating in Madden NFL 23, tied for 11th best among starting quarterbacks.

Murray’s speed (92), acceleration (95) and agility (93) were considered his strongest attributes.

Although Murray battled injuries in the ladder half of last season, he still put up a respectable 3,787 passing yards to go along with 24 passing touchdowns to 10 interceptions.

Murray is also known for torching opposing defenses on the ground, as he accumulated 423 rushing yards and five touchdowns last year.

Moving to the newly released offensive linemen rankings, the highest rated Cardinal is center Rodney Hudson, as he checks in with an 89 overall.

Hudson’s strongest traits were his toughness (97), pass block power (92) and pass block finesse (90).

Cardinals left guard Justin Pugh received a 79 overall to begin 2022.

Pugh’s leading qualities are his awareness (92), injury (88) and stamina (87).

Cardinals left tackle D.J. Humphries was given a 75 overall to open up his 2022 campaign.

Humphries’ best features are his stamina (91), injury (89), and toughness (87).

Cardinals right tackle Kelvin Beachum Jr. earned a 73 overall to begin the season.

Beachum Jr. scored well in his injury (94), stamina (87) and awareness (88).

The final starting offensive linemen for the Cardinals is right guard Will Hernandez, as he checks in with a 72 overall.

Hernandez ranked highly in his strength (95), injury (94) and stamina (94).
