Kyler Murray gives young fan signed jersey after boy had one stolen

Aug 8, 2022, 5:05 PM

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray and his teammates showed the impact of a small but thoughtful gesture on Monday.

A tweet that morning picked up some steam from a family friend of a boy attending Saturday’s Red & White practice that had his signed Murray jersey stolen. The boy was emotional in the video, and the jersey was signed by a majority of the team, one the Twitter user said took two years for the kid to add signatures to.

A handful of Cardinals fans tagged Murray in the tweet, and a few hours later, Murray got the fan a new one signed by the majority of the team.

As much as the last two days must have sucked for the young fan, the story of how he got his new jersey straight from QB1 will be one he remembers forever.
