The Kyle Turris saga has finally come to a close.

The former contractual holdout player who has not tallied a single point since returning to the Phoenix Coyotes has been traded to the Ottawa Senators, according to reports.

In return for Turris, the Coyotes will receive young Swedish defenseman David Rundblad and a second-round pick, which, considering the Senators’ record so far this season, could come early in the second round.

In his six games with the Coyotes this season, Turris is a -2 overall and has bounced around as head coach Dave Tippett sought to find a place for him in the line-up.
