ASU football without starting CB Ro Torrence vs. Eastern Michigan

The Arizona State Sun Devils (1-1) will be without starting cornerback Ro Torrence against Eastern Michigan (1-1) on Saturday night.

Keon Markham will take his place as the opposite corner of Timarcus Davis.

Torrence was injured in the Week 2 loss against Oklahoma State when he had to leave the game with an apparent left arm injury but did return to the contest.

ASU head coach Herm Edwards had him listed as a gametime decision. He was not seen warming up on Saturday.

The lengthy corner impressed against the Cowboys in Week 2, posting one of the highest grades, according to PFF.

The Sun Devils will also be without corner Ed Woods for the second straight game after he suffered a lower-body injury against Northern Arizona in Week 1.

Wideout Bryan Thompson was not dressed in warmups prior to the game after playing in the first two contests of the year.

He has one reception for seven yards on the season.

Both teams won their Week 1 contest before falling in Week 2.

Catch all of ASU vs. Eastern Michigan at 8 p.m. on ESPN 620 AM and 98.7 FM HD-2.
