Watt’s live reaction to Kyler’s scramble: ‘One of funniest things I’ve ever seen’

The pros at NFL Films are following the Arizona Cardinals ahead of the in-season edition of HBO’s Hard Knocks, and while we will have to wait till Nov. 9 for all the goodies, little glimpses of footage have been released here and there.
Anything those cameras captured during the second half and overtime of Sunday’s wild 29-23 comeback victory over the Las Vegas Raiders certainly qualifies as something worth getting out early, and the crew was in the right place for one of the game’s signature moments.
Quarterback Kyler Murray’s endless scramble clocked in at just over 20 seconds for a two-point conversion unlike anyone had ever seen.
Defensive lineman J.J. Watt had an NFL Films camera right behind him, and the veteran actually shouted for Murray to try to score it himself with his legs just as Murray started to do just that.

Watt was seen laughing after the conversion before stating, “That is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen.”
He went on to celebrate with teammates while proclaiming he’d never seen a play like that before.
Agreed, J.J.!
