Players and personnel of the Arizona Cardinals are participating in the NFL’s international flag decal initiative.
As the league looks to build its international audience and connect with fans in other countries, players can wear a decal on their helmet of the flag that represents their heritage.
“I’m proud to play with the flag of South Korea on my helmet. It’s a great way to honor my mom, honor my heritage and highlight the diverse backgrounds that make up the NFL.”

As for the Cardinals, they have a roster full of players of different historical backgrounds. In addition to the team staffers, there are 10 players participating in the league’s initiative.
