Sophomore wide receiver for the Arizona Wildcats Dorian Singer was added to the Biletnikoff Award midseason watch list.
The Biletnikoff Award is given to the most outstanding collegiate pass-catcher.
Singer is the second Wildcat to join the watch list, as junior Jacob Cowing entered the season on it.
In seven games this season, Singer is second on the team with 41 receptions and 605 yards, as well as tied for third with two touchdowns. Only Cowing has more yards and receptions, while he and freshman Tetairoa McMillan both have more scores.
Singer broke out in Arizona’s Week 3 win against North Dakota State, catching six passes for 88 yards. However, his best game came two weeks later when he caught nine balls for 163 yards and a touchdown against Colorado.
Since Week 3, Singer’s average performance is 6.4 receptions for 101.8 yards. In that span he’s caught at least six passes and had at least 88 yards four times.
