Oddsmakers are not expecting the Arizona Cardinals (3-4) to start a winning streak after their victory over the New Orleans Saints on Thursday Night Football on Oct. 20.
The Minnesota Vikings (5-1), fresh off their bye week, are favored to beat the Cardinals at U.S. Bank Stadium on Sunday by 3.5 points, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
The Cardinals are hoping to build off their last win, which featured the return of DeAndre Hopkins. The star wide receiver caught 10 passes for 103 yards in his first game after serving a six-game suspension for violating the league’s PED policy.
Meanwhile, Arizona will again turn to Eno Benjamin to lead the rushing attack as starter James Conner remains sidelined because of a ribs injury.
Arizona’s defense most recently allowed 34 points against New Orleans and allows 25.1 points per game. That ranks 27th in the NFL.
Minnesota will enter the game with all of its key starters healthy. That includes former Cardinals defenders Jordan Hicks and Patrick Peterson, who has predicted he will make not one but two interceptions against his former team.
