Arizona Cardinals slightly favored over NFC West-leading Seattle Seahawks

Nov 6, 2022, 11:50 AM | Updated: 11:57 am

The Arizona Cardinals are slight favorites over the NFC West-leading Seattle Seahawks for the clash at State Farm Stadium on Sunday.

The spread for Arizona sits at -1.5 (-115) and the over/under is set at 48.5 as of Friday, per FanDuel Sportsbook.

The spread and over/under do not correlate with the first meeting in Seattle when the Seahawks (5-3) stifled the Arizona (3-5) offense en route to a 19-9 win.

The Cardinals have been a tough team to handicap this year, covering in their two most recent wins against the New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers, and beating the Las Vegas Raiders as underdogs. The only game Arizona lost as a favorite was the first matchup in Seattle.

Arizona hopes to get starters in running back James Conner and tackle D.J. Humphries back for the crucial Week 9 matchup. Corner Byron Murphy Jr. will play after hitting the injury report this week.

The team will once again be without its anchor in the middle of the offense in center Rodney Hudson. He will miss his fifth consecutive game.

Kickoff against the Seattle Seahawks in Glendale is at 2:05 p.m. Tune in on Arizona Sports 98.7, the Arizona Sports app and ArizonaSports.com.
