The already depleted Arizona Cardinals took another hit on offense during their first drive of the team’s matchup against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.
Tight end Zach Ertz caught a ball from quarterback Colt McCoy over the middle for a first down and was tackled low.
He rolled over and immediately grabbed his left knee.
Ertz was helped off the field and put some weight on his leg, but he was visibly distraught and had to be carted to the locker room.

The Cardinals ruled him questionable to return soon after.
They entered Sunday’s game with four of five starters on the offensive line and quarterback Kyler Murray out.
Arizona’s tight end depth behind Ertz includes rookie Trey McBride and veteran Stephen Anderson. Maxx Williams remains on the practice squad.
Ertz led the Cardinals in catches with 46 and touchdown grabs with four entering Week 10.
The Cardinals went into halftime up 17-3.
