With the weather forecast less than frightful in the Valley on Christmas Day, the Arizona Cardinals announced the roof will be open at State Farm Stadium for their Sunday night matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Arizona hosts Tom Brady and and Bucs at 6:20 p.m., and the temperature is expected to be in the low 60s-high 50s degrees throughout the game with clear skies, according to The Weather Channel.

Winds will be from 2-3 mph, and the Cardinals advise fans to plan accordingly.

Much of the league will be playing through significantly more dramatic elements throughout the weekend.

For instance, the Cleveland Browns host the New Orleans Saints on Saturday in -21-degree weather with wind chill.

The Cardinals won’t have to deal with much weather for the rest of season, as their final two games are in Atlanta vs. the Falcons and in Santa Clara against the San Francisco 49ers. The Falcons play in a dome.

Arizona is looking to snap a four-game losing streak on Sunday in its final home game of the season.

The game will air on Arizona Sports 98.7, the Arizona Sports app and ArizonaSports.com.
