Phoenix Suns center Deandre Ayton status is available against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday, the team confirmed.

Phoenix remains hit by injuries, with Devin Booker (groin), Chris Paul (hip), Cam Payne (foot), Landry Shamet (hip) and Cam Johnson (knee) out. The team also remains without Jae Crowder as he awaits the Suns to find a trade partner.

Minnesota big man Karl-Anthony Towns (calf) and guard Jordan McLaughlin (calf) are out.

Additionally, star guard Anthony Edwards (hip) is available after being listed as questionable.Wings Kyle Anderson (illness) and Taurean Prince (ankle) were also listed as questionable.

Ayton missed the last two games after tweaking his left ankle Sunday in a loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Without him, the Suns beat the Golden State Warriors despite carrying nine available players but dropped a game against the Denver Nuggets to begin a four-game road trip.

Ayton is averaging 17.5 points, 9.8 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game while shooting 59% from the field.
